The FANTASTIC HAIRDRESSER AMBASSADOR CONFERENCE raising funds for the Hair and Beauty Benevolent FEATURING VIVIENNE MACKINDER

It's not often you get a unique opportunity to listen to a quartet of hairdressing hero's speaking about the one word that this great industry of ours is all about - PASSION!

Well, on September 23rd Alan Austin-Smith will present four industry icons to do just that. The Fantastic Hairdresser Ambassador Conference at The Millenium Gloucester Hotel in London, will play host to the one and only Vivienne Mackinder, hot foot from New York specially for the event. With a hairdressing CV that includes Artistic Director at Vidal Sassoon and International Artistic Director at Trevor Sorbie, Vivienne settled in America where her career soared to even greater heights: Winner of the North American Hairdressing Award 5 times; Founder of the acclaimed Roots and Wings educational programme; Winner of the prestigious IBS Editor's Choice Award 3 times. This is a great opportunity to meet and hear first hand from Vivienne about her philosophies on success in this business and to be inspired by her PASSION for simply being a 'fantastic hairdresser'.

Also on stage will be:

Ian Cuthbert, development director for one of the most exciting and professional hairdressing companies in UK hairdressing - talking about how to achieve a passionate balance between business and hair; Fiona Connolly, former general manager and artistic director of the Sean Hanna group. Fiona will share her ideas on inspiring your team to be passionate hairdressers; Gaynor Hodge, talking about her passion for the Hair and Beauty Benevolent. As President for the HABB in 2005, Gaynor is certainly qualified to explain clearly to us exactly what the Benevolent does and how it benefits so many people.
