Guests Raise £4,000 for HABB at the 2007 British Beauty & Spa Awards

The 11th annual British Beauty & Spa Awards rewards the individuals, salons and spa's that have achieved excellence in 17 categories at the most prestigious event in the beauty industry's calendar. Held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London and compered by GMTV's and Dance X's Ben Shepherd, attendees enjoyed a glamorous cocktail reception before dinner and entertainment, followed by the awards ceremony whilst also raising a staggering £4000 for the industry charity, Hair and Beauty Benevolent.

Alongside the awards ceremony, the evening included a prize draw whereby the guests could purchase tickets to win £500, £300 and £200 Selfridges vouchers or £150 of Bedhead Makeup. All proceeds were donated to HABB.

'The British Beauty & Spa Awards is about celebrating the business acumen and hands-on treatments and procedures from the best salons, spas and individuals within the British beauty industry. It was a great opportunity for everyone to get together and appreciate the work HABB is involved with. Everyone was extremely generous and together we raised over £4,000 which is a tremendous injection of funds for the Hair And Beauty Benevolent, and I would like to thank all those involved on the evening.'
