Apply For Help

Do you need help from HABB? Let’s get the application process started.

First download the HABB beneficary application form or contact HABB, 1st Floor, 9 Cheam Road, Ewell Village, Surrey, KT17 1SP, [email protected] or call 01737 212494. You will need to have the following information:

• How long have you been involved in the hairdressing/beauty industries?
• When did you last work in the industry?
• What help are you looking for?
• Why do you need the help?

Complete the form and return it with copies of bank statements and proof of your involvement within either the hairdressing or beauty industry.

On receipt of this information, your case will be put to the main HABB Committee at their next monthly meeting. You will then be notified of the outcome of your request for help and be advised of any next steps.
